Stock Rules

1) My stock may be used on and off of site, but must be credited! If it is not I will consider taking legal action, art theft is a crime!
2) BEFORE you use my stock you MUST ask me if you may or may not, and you must also tell me what manner you will be using it in, I do NOT allow my stock to be used in a violent, sexual, or gory manner!
3) You MUST post the finished image on DA if you are using it off-site!
4) Keep in mind that my stock images belong to me, and I am lending them to you, so if I ask you to take them down because they are using in a manner that I don't like, then you must. Let's make this one CLEAR!
5) You may not add filters or repost the original image, you must greatly alter or manipulate the image.
6) Do NOT just do a cut and paste, this is not being creative it is being lazy.
7) If I take a stock image down, I have a reason. Don't gripe and whine about it.
8) If you reference my stock, you still must credit and notify me.
9) I don't allow my stock to be used in images on prints, sorry.
10) If I find out you are using my stock without following the rules, I will take all of my stock down. You will have ruined it for everyone, so you'll be the one that ruined it.
